Robin Hood – Steals the Show!

The school year entered the final few weeks with a wonderful and original performance of the story of local legend Robin Hood. Dancing and singing were off the charts. The play had it all: romance, rivalry, rib-tickling jokes. All the children from Year 4 to Year 6 were brilliant and the bar keep moving up! Thank you to all the adults who helped and Dan who recorded the show.

Summer Rave/Disco 2023

The final disco of the school year was a fun event, well attended and with some drama! DJ Jones was faced with a tech-melt down but thanks to DJ Craig we were soon back in action. The attendees were busy at the tuck shop and building glowstick creations and hardly noticed. The standard of musical statues was as high as ever! The last disco for our leaves was well represented! Thank you to all the staff who helped make this a success.

The BIG Quiz 2023

Late June saw the inaugural school quiz. This competition was a test of knowledge from across classes. School Houses were pitted against one another with a range of fiendish questions prepared by quiz master Mrs Foley. The competition was very close but in the end Bolsover Castle held on to lead that they had established early on. Well done one and all!
