All adults in school have regular training to maintain and update their knowledge, awareness and understanding of Keeping Children Safe in Education.

Mr Rumsby is the Designated Safeguarding Lead-

The senior member of staff who takes lead responsibility for child protection.  He can be contacted via the school office on 01246 850289 or via the safeguarding email address: safeguarding@bramleyvale.derbyshire.sch.uk

In Mr. Rumsby’s absence Mr. Grafton is our deputy safeguarding lead, Mr Jones and Mr Lovell are our safeguarding governors.  Mr Stoppard is our deputy E-Safety DSL.

The Derby and Derbyshire Safeguarding Children Partnership is the key point of reference for schools, professionals and families.
