Baking/Cooking
In Spring 1 we were able to bake and cook. We have been learning about the UK and had a Geography focus looking at maps. We focused on the UK and the countries that made up the UK. We were also treated to a week about Spain, as our student teacher was born in Spain and taught us all about where he used to live.
We therefore cooked Spanish mushrooms in garlic, Welsh cakes and a marmalade cake from the story Paddington’s Post. Yum!
