There are 27 children in our class. Mrs Conway is our class teacher, and is currently on maternity leave. We are supported by our fantastic teaching assistants: Mrs Brown and Mrs. Mottram. On a Wednesday afternoon, Miss Carnelley teaches us.
Our class is named after the local English Heritage property, Bolsover Castle. The castle dates back to 1068 and has a lavish history involving royalty and entertaining. During the Autumn Term we visited the castle as a class, we learnt all about the Cavendish family and discovered why it is such an important part of the local area.
We celebrated Red Nose Day by having ‘Crazy hair day!’
We had a fun day!
Here are some links to games and activities we will be using this term.
Now we are back in school we can have fantastic days like World Book Day. Have a look at the fantastic photos from the day.
